Channel Partner Group. Warranty Policy
CPG warrants all equipment to meet the eligibility
requirements of the original manufacturer's standard maintenance contract,
if any, at the time of shipment; provided that if the original manufacturer
requires certification, registration or any other steps to maintain,
extend or renew such warranty in the hands of the buyer, all costs associated
with such certification, registration or other steps are the responsibility
of the buyer, and CPG provides no warranty with respect to products
for which buyer does not pay any such costs.
CPG warrants the equipment to be free from defects
in material and workmanship, considering normal use and service, providing
the equipment is properly installed according to manufacturer's specifications.
Unless stated on buyer’s original Purchase Order and agreed to by Channel
Partner Group, this warranty expires ninety (90) days from the date
of shipment, or at the time the equipment is placed under a manufacturer
or other approved maintenance contract, whichever occurs earlier.
In the event any equipment sold by CPG is found
to be defective in material or workmanship within the stated warranty
period, CPG will, at its own expense and at its sole discretion, either
repair or replace the product or refund the purchase price.
To the extent permissible by the manufacturer, CPG
shall assign to the Customer the manufacturer's warranty relating to
the equipment that is sold by CPG as "NEW".
This warranty excludes:
- Equipment specifically offered "as-is" or
under limited warranty
- Equipment placed and maintained under a maintenance
agreement by a manufacturer or maintenance supplier
- Equipment determined CPG, at its
sole discretion, to have been abused, misused, altered, neglected or
damaged in shipping
- Equipment which has had any repair attempt
made unless expressly authorized by CPG in writing
- Equipment for which payment is not made in
accordance with agreed-upon terms
No warranty claim will be honored unless CPG
has pre-authorized the expense.
EXCEPT FOR THE EXPRESS WARRANTIES STATED ABOVE, CPG DISCLAIMS
ALL WARRANTIES
ON PRODUCTS, INCLUDING ALL IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY
AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

Please visit our website at www.cpgroupinc.com and click on RMA
Request at the bottom of the page. When this form is properly
submitted, CPG service personnel will determine the course of
action to be taken. If return authorization is granted, an RMA# will
be issued. Product should be sent to the following address, adhering
to all RMA policies as listed at <<RMA Policies>> at our
website.

Any equipment returned to CPG that does not meet the
above requirements, or does not have an. RMA#, will be returned without
action at buyer’s expense.
